Bree and James - Love Bird Session
Bree and James are friends of Ira and Justin's. They were along for the wedding celebration. I invited them to take some pictures while we were on this beautiful island!
Ira and Justin - Married
Ira and Justin love Tiesto, so its only fitting I put a slideshow together to their favorite artist.
This wedding was very unique in that it was in Kauai, HI and that I was there for 5 days documenting the celebration. Ira and her family are from Russia so the first evening I arrived was "Russian Vodka night"
Served with traditional Russian drinking food!
This is the house that most of us stayed while we were there... truly "roughing it"!
We made it down to the Kalalau trail off of the Na Pali Coast
The Luau was amazing, Justin lived in Kauai when he was a kid and the performers were some family friends.
There was a farmers market right across the street from the house we stayed in, we all went over to pick up fresh fruit and vegetables for the reception.
On the wedding day Ira got ready at the local salon.
Both sets of parents were so happy!
The sunset ceremony left us just enough time to capture some beautiful sunset photos!
Onto the reception with some heart felt toasts!
The following day we visited several places on the island for a "Day After Shoot/Trash the Dress"
We underestimated the waves in this shot, we all got SOAKED!
There are roosters all over the island running wild, Ira was convinced she could catch one for the shoot!
